Plazawall offers both a starter and Profession business account, with Professional providing access to more features and limitations than the starter account type. Professional accounts can create a larger resources of products, photos, videos, and other design elements, along with digital marketing tools like the Email marketing, Email template, and unlimited web traffics inbounds. Starter accounts have access to a smaller traffic of limited product, content and no email marketing tools.

Starter business accounts can receive training courses until the validity of the account connection. If he continues to use the service, he will still receive training on new functions or new research from Plazawall, there is no limit to the number of training sessions.

For both Starter and Professional business accounts, there are no restrictions or limitation regarding system training participation, and both Starter and Professional accounts cab be received all the system trainings prepared by Plazawall.

For Professional business account types, after completing general digital training and system usage, Plazawall will organize a special training class in the 1st month regarding the design and creation of Dynamic Landing pages by writing code + some graphic design and creation using AI software like ChatGPT or Canva in the 2nd or 3rd month.

In the event that the service user does not renew the subscription of the business account, all user data will not be deleted or lost from the system, please do not worry. During that period, the user can use the normal login, but most of the functions will be disabled, such as adding or modifying data and displaying information to customers, which will be limited to a certain level until the user renews the account.

Starter business accounts are for users with a small product or service and a small to medium amount of traffic per day. So, with a Starter account, you can boost pages like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok as normal as a Professional account, but spend less on marketing per day because the account has a limited number of visits from customers. Ex. Starter can only advertise 1-5usd/day, and a Professional account can advertise 5-100usd+/day.
