E-Commerce system is readly require email templates to send out the content of announcements, special offers, sepcial events, educational content, or sales promotions, etc. to our customer list. We have an E-Commerce store, and we must have customer info, both on online and offline customer then you collect all of that data put into analyze to categorize them in different group, then we will know who we need to send special offers, or recommendations, or greetings, follow-ups, etc. email to them. The email content that we should send cannot just be written like that letter, but in get more sales our content must be contained dynamic content, images, graphics desing, etc., to make customers really want to click and read it.
Regular email content is written in some combination of text and images in basic mode, such as a Facebook Post or a Facebook Comment or a Messenger or Telegram chat, which is not as attractive as graphic design content. In particular, email template design or Email content design is written by combining coding, AI, and graphic design (images...) then making it responsive on all screen sizes of the electronic devices of the customers who receive our emails.
There are two types of email content. 1st can only be written in (plain text). 2nd is an email that can be made using web technology (HTML) which can include graphic designs, various formats, style or layout, and text. Therefore, all emails sent to customers regarding sales, promotions, notifications, offers, greetings, educational, etc. must use this HTML type because it is the type that can send out email content templates.
In designing and creating an email template, we need to have the following skills: 1. Write pure code (HTML, CSS, some graphic design like Photoshop...), 2. Generate template with AI + coding (HTML, CSS, Canva Pro), 3. Download templates from template vendors + modify (drag and drop), and import them into a platform that support those templates file (not require coding skill).
For business accounts (Professional), they can use hundred of free email content templates (existing in Plazawall platform) to send to their customers. But in case that our free email templates are not qualify or beautiful enought for them to use with, they also can request us to create a new one for them and the price depends on the actual size of the work they want, and the general price starts from $5 and up, just like for landing pages.
Email template content (Email template) and Landing page content (Landing page) are similar: created by the same technology (coding language such as HTML, CSS, AI...), the content displayed as graphics, static and dynamic content, and the difference is that the Email template is created for small content size, for multiple uses, multiple users (Template) and can be modified the file whithout coding skills. On the other hand, the Landing page is for large, long, very colorful, dynamic content, with video, sound, and the purpose is not to be the same as other companies, different products, different accounts, so the Landing page is unique and creative. The goal is to help and drive online sales.
Email templates can be displayed in multiple languages, but they cannot be automatically translated like landing page content. If you want to send emails to customers in multiple languages, you need to customize the email template for each language and send it out one by one to each customer group you define.
There are two ways to insert or remove files (media) from our email templates. If we use the system's template, we can modify it directly on the system. If the template is created by the user account itself, then he must manually modify it or write code outside the system (Plazawall) every time he modifies or updates other templates and then re-submits it to the system.
